Who is Dr. Jane Cundy

Dr. Jane Cundy’s classes on mediation and communication stimulate, inform, educate and foster paradigms to transform exponentially. The Business Connection’s clientele includes tribal communities and individuals, private industry, non-profits, New Mexico State sheriff's deputies, state and local police officers and the University of New Mexico police department. This also encompasses local, county and state government agencies.

Dr. Jane is a Master of Neuro-Linguistics (NLP), International Mediator, Certified Master Negotiator and Doctor of Divinity. In 1995 Jane became a Certified Business Coach and in 1997 a Registered Corporate Coach. 

In October 2003, Dr. Cundy was invited to speak at the 3rd Annual China-U.S. Conference on Women’s Issues in Beijing. She has been a guest presenter at both Western Regional Conferences in the non-profit arena, a keynote speaker and at National Conventions within private industry and presenting workshops on communication skills. 

In addition, Jane has also served the greater New Mexico business community for thirty years as a consultant, business and personal coach, trainer, and facilitator. She was the Hearing Officer for Sandoval County’s administrative and employee disputes for fourteen years. 

 
Most recently Dr. Jane's priorities have included serving as a Parent Coordinator chosen by the parent's attorneys and assigned by the Albuquerque District Court to assist in communications between divorced parents and for the wellness of their children. This can be a 2-year assignment and can be extended at the court's discretion.

Registration is now open as the next class is Mon. -Thurs. Nov. 7-10, 2022,  in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 

The class is from 9AM-4PM for three and one-half days and includes the AAA standards for mediation, 

how to resolve disputes of many different kinds and the three iron clad laws of Mediation. Come to common ground with all of the people and their issues in your life and in your working environment.
