Non-violent communication is a method of compassionate communication that focuses on understanding and meeting the needs of both the speaker and the listener.
We will address how changes in the ways that we communicate with others depends our ability to accept and respect others points of view and their ability to accept and respect ours.

Conflict Resolution

Dissolving conflicts and disputes sometimes even before they begin is an amazing skill.
Conflict is a natural and normal feature of the workplace. It occurs in every organization. For any team that strives to attain its goals, conflict is inevitable. Although differences will occur, the outcome doesn’t have to be negative.
In this class, we will practice at least 15 different scenarios on how to be more creative and develop a greater understanding and compassion for our fellow coworkers.
We will:
1. Uncover personal triggers
2. Discover how to manage workplace difficulties
3. Listen to both sides of the story
4. Honor personal beliefs and values
5. De-Escalate and evaluate calmly
6. Learn how to handle workplace disputes effectively
7. Offer a neutral perspective
8. Practice positive communication
9. Apply conflict resolution practices
10. Have fun with Conflict resolution games

Remembering You as Co-Creator Divine Being
On December 31, 2011, the Godhead, the Godhead Council of 12 who are responsible for this universe, and many other High Domain Masters lifted this old dual 3rd domain world from the 3rd domain directly into the fifth domain of Love, Compassion and Joy, bypassing the 4th domain. This had never happened before and was completed on January 1st and 2nd of 2012.
All that remains of the old world are the memories, habits and patterns from our past.
We were each created by God (Allah, Creator, the Godhead, whichever name is right for you is the right one.) in Perfection. We have never been anything else.
When birthed by the Godhead we were gifted with three Divine Gifts.
1. Free Will
2. Choice
3. Creativity
No one in the cosmos will ever tell you what to do. It is against Divine law!
