The Business Connection’s clientele includes tribal communities and individuals, private industry, non-profits, New Mexico State sheriff's deputies, state and local police officers and the University of New Mexico police department and the United State Postal Service, in New Mexico. This also encompasses additional local, county and state government agencies.
Jane is a Master of Neurolinguistics (NLP), International Mediator, Certified Master Negotiator and Doctor of Divinity.
In 1995 Jane became a Certified Business Coach and in 1997 a Registered Corporate Coach.
Since 2021 Jane has been a spiritual Coach for all who choose to come home to themself as Soul and to remember the Self as a co-creator being with the Divine.
In October 2003, Ms Cundy was invited to speak at the 3rd Annual China-U.S. Conference on Women’s Issues in Beijing.
She has been a guest presenter at both Western Regional Conferences in the non-profit arena, a keynote speaker and at National Conventions within private industry and presenting workshops on communication skills.
In addition, Jane has also served the greater New Mexico business community for thirty years as a consultant, business and personal coach, trainer, and facilitator. She was the Hearing Officer for Sandoval County’s administrative and employee disputes for fourteen years.
Jane's priorities have included serving as a Parent Coordinator chosen by the parent's attorneys and assigned by the Albuquerque District Court to assist in communications between divorced parents and for the wellness of their children. This can be a 2-year assignment and can be extended at the court's discretion.

Our Mediation Class is scheduled
It is so exciting! Our next "Basic Mediation Skills" class to become a Certified Mediator is just a few weeks away.
It is presented locally in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Tues.-Fri.,March 5-8, 9am-4pm.
Please remember, "At the heart of all miscommunication is the need to be right." We each have the ability to stop disputes at the stage of frustration and before they get to anger or rage.

The class is from 9AM-4PM for three and one-half days and includes the AAA standards for mediation, how to resolve disputes of many different kinds and the three iron clad laws of Mediation. Come to mutual resolution with your loved ones and the people in your life.
